Order Processing

  • All Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the confirmed order (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • In - Store Pickup orders are usually processed within 24 Hours. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received & another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Orders Ship from our Abbotsford, BC storefront.
  • Orders ship standard via Canada Post Expedited service. Delivery times vary from 3 - 9 days depending on your proximity to the store. Delivery times can vary due to situations out of our hands (floods, fires, snow, etc etc).
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping Within Canada

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders greater than $175 (before applicable taxes).

Orders under that amount will be subject to a flat rate fee based on the package's final destination. These fees are detailed on the chart below.

Certain oversized items are exempt from our flat rate shipping and will be subject to weight-based shipping fees. These costs will be calculated automatically when you checkout.

Shipping to the USA

We are working on adding Cross Border Shipping and this page will reflect our policies and costs when they have been determined!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Online Order Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date in unused condition in the original packaging with all tags intact. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.

Return shipping fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Bureaux Modern Mercantile is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the returned item is damaged in the mail.
